You monitor the development completely and every phase of development has material results that you can see and review through the website's project update/status report module under the customer log-in portion. Also, the complete scope of the work is defined at the initial phase of development and approved by you so that you would have an eye view of how long the project would take.

Once a contract has been signed, we issue an invoice after deliveries were made according to the Payment Schedule which is a part of the Project Plan approved by you. Usually invoices are paid by any major US accredited credit cards. Copyright on the final system belongs to the customer.

8. What programming experience does IT WEBCENTRAL have?
We can provide programming for various platforms using C, C++, C#, COM/DCOM, Java, Visual Basic, Perl, Oracle Developer, Delphi, ASP, ColdFusion and PHP. We have developed systems which use Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and Access databases, sometimes all of them simultaneously via ODBC.

You do have full control over the development, primarily through the on-site Project update/ status report.

13. How long does it take for a design to be completed?
For simple projects, the client generally dictates the timescale. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavor to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client. For more complex projects, duration can be between 4 - 6 weeks.
14. I'd like a website. Where do I begin?
To minimize the involvement and cost of the web site designer, supply as much information as possible. The following are suggestions to start with:

15. Does it cost extra to move my domain from another provider to your service?
The InterNIC does not charge a fee to transfer domain names. We will submit a domains modification request to the InterNIC free of charge on your behalf so it should cost nothing extra to move your domain. Be sure that you select the "transfer my domain name" option within the setup form.
16. Okay, I'm interested in your services, what happens next?
You can choose from the packages that interests you the most, request for a quote or click on the purchase window which would automatically direct you to the client log-in page. You would be then asked to give your username and password to be added to our database. You would now have the option to pay at once using our secured payment module. You would also be asked to agree on our terms and conditions.
Once you agree on our terms and conditions, a customer service representative would call you to discuss the design of your website, ask you to submit/upload the information/ graphics needed on our ftp server and we would give you an initial layout design within 24 hours. Once everything is settled, design concept is approved, and payment is received, we would then start building the other modules of your website. From the initial design phase, we would be able to give you a timeframe and other pertinent information on project completion. You would then have access to monitor the project's progress using our project update/status report module.
17. How should I pay and how do we start?
We accept major credit cards, money order, cashier's checks and personal checks. Payments should ONLY be made in US$ and should be payable to IT Systems & Design. You can pay online using a credit card or simply call a Sales Representative at 1-818-990-3397 who can take your order over the phone.
Payment scheme would be 30% downpayment upon
order and 20% upon design approval. The balance must be paid after your website is completed. Your website would not be made live unless all payments are cleared and would be available only our production server for you to check while it is being made.
18. How much time does it take to complete the project?
As soon as we get your payment, we will start working on the website design package you chose, customize it with your contents and show you a draft in 2 business days for your further approval. Once you approve, we will go ahead and make the other pages and launch your website. The whole procedure can take about 5 – 10 working days or more, depending on other factors. The cost would be a little lower.
19. What are the additional monthly costs?
Monthly charges for web hosting packages depend on the web hosting package that you have chosen. Please see our web hosting packages for a clearer description of what kind of package you might need. This is recommended but very much optional and you can continue to host with your existing service provider, even if we design your website.
20. Are you going to custom design my website?
This is our specialty, we custom-build your website to fit your special needs. The pricing on our website reflects the cost you will have to pay for getting a website customized from scratch. However, if you choose that we use an available web template, the cost would still be the same.
