• ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
      Description
      Perform routine office support duties; Organize office activities for the President; Perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility; Understand and follow oral and written instructions; Learn specific operations of an office; Effectively communicate verbally, both in person and on the phone; Deal tactfully and courteously with clients, partners and employees. Pay range depends on qualifications.

      Duties and Responsibilities:
      •  Organize and manage day-to-day activities of the President, assuring efficiency of office operations; coordinate communications; relieve the President and other employees of administrative detail; establish and maintain a variety of records, files and procedures/ processes.
      •  Receive and respond to emails, perform requests as e-mailed from President, coworkers, clients and partners.
      •  Answer telephone, take messages and refer calls to appropriate personnel.
      •  Coordinate, distribute (by email and/or postal mail) and respond to incoming email, mail, telephone call and faxes.
      •  Maintain communication between office and field personnel, operate a personal computer to access pre-established program in order to input information from source documents & retrieve information, generate reports or other information from data previously entered in a computer system.

      Qualifications:
      •  Knowledge of modern office practices and equipment
      •  Able to operate a personal computer and use of common software applications especially MS Office
      •  Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and writing

      Experience and Education:
      •  2-3 years of direct office administration experience
      •  Experience working for a high-tech company
      •  Graduate of any Business Managent Course

    • MARKETING ASSISTANT
      Description
      The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the development of worldwide marketing plans to drive revenue for internet-based products. The objectives and strategies of the plans should be developed from a customer-focused perspective taking into account the specific needs and messages necessary to provide relevant communications to the prospective internet client. Responsibilities include the creation and implementation of the marketing plans, driving a range of marketing activities including advertising, as well as budget management and the measurement of the marketing activities. This individual will be responsible for building consensus while collaborating with corporate marketing, field marketing, product management and sales on the development of marketing programs as part of the product lifecycle marketing plans. Pay range depends on qualifications.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    •  Create marketing plan for the lifecycle of each product including strategies to grow revenue and reach new customers while also upgrading existing users
    •  Work with world wide marketing and sales organizations to provide guidance, direction and materials to help drive revenue at a local level
    •  Manage the creation of marketing deliverables through.
    •  Demonstrated leadership in developing programs to reach new customers through creative ideas and marketing strategies based on analysis, customer data and ROI
    •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess relevance of tactics and programs as they relate back to business objectives and strategies
    •  Plan and manage marketing budgets: Development, forecasting and tracking

    Qualifications:
    •  Ability to comprehend technical data and translate information into actionable messages for specific audiences
    •  Self-starter with strong leadership and prioritization skills
    •  Excellent project management skills
    •  Demonstrated leadership with the ability to build consensus and drive decision making
    •  Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment
    •  Ability to express, communicate, and sell ideas to peers and upper management
    •  Experience in video, graphic design, animation or other related creative market desired

    Experience and Education:
    •  2-3 years marketing experience in product marketing
    •  Experience working for a high-tech company
    •  Graduate of any Business Management Course
